SelectaDNA have joined forces with Trinitas Church Insurance Services to offer churches a SelectaDNA kit to mark and protect valuable and vital metal infrastructure such as lead roofs.
Criminals target isolated sites and hard-to-protect buildings looking for easily sold items such as lead, copper and other valuable metals. SelectaDNA marks and identifies these metals and other outdoor materials to help protect against theft and burglary.
The kit marks up to 150 pieces of valuable metal with a unique lacquer that is inconspicuous and virtually impossible to remove.
Working closely with Aviva, one of the UK’s largest insurers, Trinitas Church Insurance Services specialist insurance policy has been developed to meet the typical needs of Church of England parishes for buildings, contents and liability risks associated with parish activities.
