STAFF at the London Marriott Regents Park have been issued with new iPhones marked with SelectaDNA to identify them as belonging to the hotel.
The iPhones have been given to employees in various departments including Security and Housekeeping, where staff members need to work on different floors away from a central phone system.
SelectaDNA is ideal for marking small, valuable items such as smartphones as the clear, traceable solution does not damage the property in any way and is not visible to the naked eye.
In the event that the iPhones are taken home accidentally by staff or are stolen by thieves and recovered by police, the items are easily traceable. It is also much more difficult for a thief to sell on a marked item of property.
