Shipping

At Selectamark we understand the importance of receiving your goods quickly and without a hitch. All our orders our shipped with reliable couriers or by Royal Mail recorded delivery, to ensure they reach you on time.

Delivery Charges and Timescales

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 plus VAT. We promise your order will be processed and dispatched within two working days, if we hold the item in stock. You should receive your goods within 4 days of your order being placed, as long as the Royal Mail operate normally.

If you wish to receive your order the next day, you can take advantage of our next day delivery service for £8.95 plus VAT (just select the correct delivery type when checking out). You will only benefit from this extra service if your order is placed before 11:00am that day, any orders placed after 11:00am may be processed the following working day. Next day delivery is only available for mainland UK - we are unable to offer next day delivery to remote areas of the UK. If in doubt, please call us on 01689 860757 for assistance!

Please note that both delivery options are signed for services. That means you or someone at your delivery address will need to sign for the item. This is to protect your goods and to ensure that we have proof that the items were in fact delivered. If the postman tries to deliver and nobody is in, that is not our fault.

If however, due to no fault of your own, your order is not delivered the following working day we will refund the next day surcharge.

Charges apply to UK mainland only.

Deliveries are only available between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday. We do not offer an evening or weekend service.
