SELECTADNA Gel is used to uniquely identify criminals tampering with property or illegally gaining access to premises. Once a thieve comes into contact with the gel, it transfers onto his or her hands and clothing. The criminal is then irrefutably linked to the crime scene. The gel is almost impossible to remove, and contains both a UV tracer and the unique DNA code.

The gel is ideal for use indoors, and can be applied to handles, window sills, tills, safes etc.

It is widely used by Police Forces in sting operations (such as marking sat-nav's in trap vehicles) to catch and convict offenders.
